These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from Bisimon Shoes. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
- All shoes displayed on our website are subject to availability.
- Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without prior notice.
- We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences.
We accept the following payment methods securely through our partners:
- Debit/Credit Cards (via Paystack & Flutterwave)
- Direct Bank Transfers
- USSD Payments
- Pay on Delivery (available in selected locations only)
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the selected logistics partner. Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Bisimon Shoes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Size exchanges are permitted within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customers bear return costs unless the error was ours (wrong size/damaged item).
Customers must ensure availability to receive items. Rejected POD deliveries without valid reasons may lead to the permanent suspension of POD privileges for that account or address.
